There are eight different planets. Those planets are called Mercury,Venus,Earth,Mars, Jupiter,Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune. They all have many differences, like Venus rotates backwards, so light it is often called a star, and its day is longer than a year. (Our Planet), Earth is covered with 70 percent of water. Mars is often called a red planet because it looks red in the night sky, and it has a canyon larger than the grand canyon. Jupiter has a hurricane-like storm larger than Earth called the ” Great Red Spot” . Saturn has beautiful rings made of rock and ice. Uranus rotates on its rings. The last planet, Neptune had a storm the sizeof Earth called the ” Great Dark Spot” . These are the sevrAL PLANETS and many differences.
Light

Light consists of many types of things. Light consists of a family of materials. Those materials are called ( Translucent, Transparent, and Opaque). These are things that let you see light through it easily and one that doesn’t. Transparent lets you see light easily. Translucent lets you see light that is blurry. Last but not least, Opaque lets you see no light at all. The next light family is the family of waves. Those waves are called ( Reflection, Absorption, and Refraction). Reflection is when waves bounce off a material they hit. Absorption is when waves bounce off a material and they don’t hit. Finally Refraction is when light enters into a material and it bends. These are some things that light consist of.
My Days Spent In Science Class.

My days that were spent in Science were the best we wrote notes, did expierements, and lots of other exciting things. Almost everday, we would go through something called the “4 steps”. The steps were Be Quiet, make sure that your area is clean, push in chairs and, line up quietly. Now to the expierements, one expierement that we did was when we had drinks and gizers. We put gizers into on top of the drink tops and any kind of candies such as Mentos. Next, we pulled the strind and it shot out, that was fun. These are some things we did in Science class. Go Science!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Electromagnetic Spectrum

In the past few weeks, we have been learning about the Electromagnetic Spectrum. An Electromagnetic Spectrum is waves that travel at the same speed, but have different wavelengths and frequencies. All Electromagnetic waves are transverse waves. As the wavelength increases with an Electromagnetic wave the frequency decreases. Did you know tha the higher frequency of an Electromagnetic wave, the more energy it has? These are some things about the Electromagnetic Spectrum, and its properties.
